Pablo II creates affordable housing opportunities for farmworkers and
their families earning less than 40% of the median area income in
Grandview, WA, which is located in the Lower Valley, southeast of Yakima.
The 26-unit development has two-, three-, and four-bedroom units and is
located close to a daycare center and an established residential
community. The project features air conditioning in every unit, play
structures, and a community center. |
