Project Description:
Bello Rio is a 26-unit multi-family rental housing development serving very-low and extremely low-income farmworker families in East Wenatchee. The owner is Bello Rio LLC, of which the Housing Authority of Chelan County/City of Wenatchee is the Managing Member. Bello Rio provides 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom two-story townhouses to farmworker families at 30, 40 and 50% of the area median income. Bello Rio provides quality built, safe, affordable housing with green space, pedestrian walkways, security lighting and play structures for children. The project has a community space and office.
