Project Description:

Desert Rose Terrace is a 26-unit apartment development, providing housing for seniors aged 55 and older. The project is located in Benton City, WA, a small rural town in the southern part of Central Washington, adjacent to the Tri-Cities of Richland, Kennewick and Pasco. The single story buildings offer units that are completely adaptable and two units are be fully accessible. The community building has a large kitchen, open meeting space, covered patio, accessible bathrooms and an office. The development is located within walking distance to restaurants and
Dial-a-Ride services in the Benton City Center.
