  ORFH is a founding partner of the three-state (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) pre-development loan fund for farm worker housing and is active in other regional and national partnerships for development affordable housing.  This provides a broader base of experience and expertise.  These partnerships have created new financial resources for farm worker housing development.
