Project Description

Pueblo del Rio establishes decent, affordable housing opportunities for farm workers and their families in Roosevelt, WA, which is located southeast of Yakima Valley on the Columbia River.  The 20-unit development has two- and three-bedroom units and is located close to a school.  The project features air conditioning in every unit, and play structures.
