Housing for seniors, low-income families with children, seasonal farmworkers, or year round agricultural laborers--each development is tailored to the needs of the sponsor and eventual residents.

The exterior looks like regular apartments, but inside, it is temporary seasonal laborer housing through purpose driven design.

Forty 40-foot-long long steel shipping containers were housing seasonal farm laborers until this development was created, featuring 32 two-bedroom units, with 248 beds.

Upon completion, anticipated to be in November 2017, this development will serve 100% senior citizens, including 20% disabled senior citizens.
