Helping rural communities build hope and opportunities
Helping you make a difference for those in need
The Office of Rural & Farmworker Housing (ORFH) has worked with nonprofits and public housing authorities to develop affordable housing in rural Washington state since 1979.
Building a better future
ORFH is a private, statewide nonprofit corporation that has developed seasonal and year-round housing to serve some 7,000 farmworkers and their families. Farmworker housing benefits workers, their employers, the local community and the entire agricultural industry, a key sector in Washington state’s economy.
Housing for seniors, low-income families with children, people with disabilities, veterans, seasonal or year round agricultural laborers, the chronically homeless--each development is tailored to the needs of those who will live in the housing.
