Skagit County Seasonal Farmworker Housing, completed in 2020, features 14 two-bedroom townhome-style new construction units in Burlington, Wash. The development serves migrant and seasonal farmworkers, providing housing for up to 105 individuals when fully occupied. Owned by the Housing Authority of Skagit County, this development was funded by the USDA Rural Development Section 514/516 Program, Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program, and the U.S. Department of Labor. RMC Architects was the architect and Faber Construction, the General Contractor.
