Helping you make a difference for those in need

The Office of Rural & Farmworker Housing (ORFH) has worked with nonprofits and public housing authorities to develop affordable housing since 1979.

Building a better future

ORFH is a private, statewide nonprofit corporation that has developed farmworker housing serving more than 7,000 farmworkers and their families—which also benefits their employers, the local economy and community, and the agricultural industry, a key sector in Washington state’s economy.

Featured developments

Housing for seniors, low-income families with children, people with disabilities, veterans, seasonal or year round agricultural laborers, the chronically homeless--each development is tailored to the needs of those who will live in the housing.
