Miller Park Permanent Supportive Housing, completed in 2021, adds 20 studio units in Wenatchee for people experiencing chronic homelessness, earning less than 30% of the Area Median Income, and having either a physical or mental health disability. Five of the units are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant and there is a 1-bedroom apartment for an on-site manager. Owned by the Women’s Resource Center of North Central Washington, this development was funded by the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program, and HOME Funds. Forte Architects served as architect and Eider Construction served as the General Contractor.
