Meadowlark Senior Housing, completed in 2021, is a 16-unit new construction development in Omak, Wash. that will serve people over age 62 on fixed incomes, including formerly homeless veterans. The development features 1- and 2-bedroom units and is owned by Housing Authority of Okanogan County. This development was funded by the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program, Rural Community Assistance Corporation, Capital Magnet Fund, and Okanogan County. ZBA Architecture, PS was the architect and TW Clark Construction, General Contractor.
