If your organization wants to make a difference by developing affordable housing to help those in need, but you don’t know where to start— ORFH can help! ORFH has developed nearly 2,000 housing units of affordable housing in rural Washington State and offers all the necessary services to obtain capital financing and assure the quality of housing construction and property management. As seasoned consultants, we know how to navigate the process—from land search to obtaining financing, to assembling the development team, through construction to lease up! Your organization can create or acquire and preserve affordable housing to help the homeless, senior citizens, veterans, low-income families with children, seasonal or year round farmworkers, with our guidance. It’s what we do!

ORFH is also a strong advocate for housing policy issues affecting rural residents. ORFH’s dedication to affordable housing and participation in policy and advocacy allow it to remain a leading advocate for rural affordable housing at the federal, state and local levels.
